RESERVATIONS: Reservations are taken on a first-come, first-served basis and confirmed upon receipt of a non-refundable booking deposit of $100.
NUMBER OF GUESTS: Guaranteed number of guests and entrée must be called in 10 days prior to event.
LIQUOR: Yankee Market has a beer and wine license. Please call for pricing options on wine by the bottle, by the glass, beer on top, etc.
NON-ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE SERVICE: Hot Beverage Service is $2.50 per person; Cold Beverage Service is $3.00 per person; Hot and Cold Beverage Service is $5.00 per person.
TABLE LINENS: Yankee Market is a casual, farm-stand atmosphere. We will provide disposable tablecloths and napkins unless otherwise arranged. Fabric table linens can be provided through a rental service at a fee of $2.00 per guest.
TERMS FOR PAYMENT: Full payment is due 10 days prior to the date of function. We accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Cashier's Check.
FUNCTION PLANNING: We can assist with just about any aspect of your event! Let us know how we can help. Prices will be based upon services rendered.
ROOM RENTAL:
The Great Room: $100 room set up fee with a minimum food & drink purchase OR
$150 room set up fee with a food/drink purchase under $500.
The Board Room: $100 minimum food purchase (9:00 am to 5:00 pm). Dinners priced by the platter and served family or buffet style. Room rental rate $150 for 3 hours.
These rates are based upon a three-hour window for your event.
Additional charges may apply for extended time frames depending upon room availability.
NOTE: No Outside Food or Beverage Permitted.
